Cooking again, at last
It's been quite awhile since Adam and I have cooked a proper dinner together. Projects, work, classes, events, and, I will admit it, even some downright laziness have killed our time in the kitchen lately. So it was really nice that we actually got to spend several hours together tonight producing a meal.
Chili powder and garlic-rubbed pork tenderloin medallions, poblano rice, "loaded" corn bread, and field greens.
