I think one of the best parts of my Summer this year has been learning to grill. I've come a long way since that first backyard party Memorial Day weekend, and I feel SO much more confident about it now! Tonight Adam & I did burgers again - with ketchup, mustard, field greens, onions, colby cheese, and homemade baked fries on the side - but we've been grilling pretty consistently throughout the season, found a bunch of recipes we really like (a grilled vegetable & black bean salad being near the top), and I'm totally happy we FINALLY bought a grill after years of talking about it. Fall's my favorite flavor-season (correction: favorite season, period) so I'm excited to keep it goin' as long as I can.
