Paninis for my Parents

After meaning to for months, I finally grilled panini sandwiches for my parents last night. I made what has now become my panini-standby: turkey breast with roasted red pepper, lettuce, mozzarella, pesto, and olive oil on a ciabatta. Served with field greens with balsamic vinaigrette and some red grapes.
