Pasghetti, take 2

After some mixed-results spaghetti from a few days ago, I tried to salvage what I could out of the remains. I mixed 1 part of the homemade vodka cream tomato sauce made the other night with 3 parts store-bought plain ole' tomato sauce from a jar. The meatballs were still good, although now tasting slightly like vodka as they'd been soaking for a couple days, and I topped it all off with freshly shredded mozzarella cheese, green peppers, garlic, oregano, and a diced hard-boiled egg (which didn't show up in the photo). A MUCH better entrée the second-time around!
