I finally figured out how to make the panini grill work without completely crushing a sandwich! This was a major accomplishment in my book. :P
I made Aunt Nea and I lunch, based off sandwiches I made for Adam and I earlier in the month: ciabatti panini bread with provolone and mozzarella cheese, turkey breast, spring greens, roasted red peppers, and pesto and olive oil. It was wonderfully crispy, and we dipped it in a Balsamic Vinegrette with basil dressing. TASTY!
