A good lunch made better by extra-ordinary amounts of cheese

Jalepeño Chedder Cheese on a baked potato with sour cream, and Mozz Cheese on Italian Sausage + Pepperoni tomato soup with pasta. Plus cold apple cider. Mmmmm. This is even more impressive that I was able to make this WHILE making the chocolate cupcakes -- multitask-cooking is NOT a specialty of mine.
