MS Walk

Rachel signed Adam and I up to participate in the local MS Walk with her, as part of one of her professor's team. Held on a gorgeous day in Genesee valley park, Rachel brought Ken too, and we got team t-shirts, walked 5 miles and met some really nice people. Afterwards, our little squadron went to lunch at the Distillery, and then stopped at Gander Mountain before heading home.

The rest of our team finishes
Our mini-group didn't stop at the half-way marker on the 5-mile hike, so we finished before the rest of our team. Here we watched them come in.

No, seriously, she REALLY loves them
... She loves them SO MUCH, in fact, that because Ken, Adam, and I did not appreciate the Wet-Nap enough, she stole all of them because we were no longer worthy.

While we waited for the rest of our team to finish, we munched on some of the loaves of bread Rachel's professor had baked and put in our bags, which also contained the t-shirts, a thank-you card, and a bottle of water.
